4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material removed under a DMCA notice was wrongly removed or does not infringe copyright, you may send us a counter-notification including:

  • Your full legal name and contact details.

  • Identification of the removed material and its location before removal.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.

  • Your consent to jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland, Australia.

  • Your signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material unless the copyright owner files legal action.


5. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and applicable Australian law, Macleay Island Variety may terminate accounts or block access of repeat infringers.
